The Conference will follow the CDC guidelines in effect at the time of each conference shoot. In addition, we ask that each participant use common sense behavior and be respectful of all participants and family present.

AWARD CALCULATIONS

WEEKLY HOA = the sum of Trap, Sp. Clays, Skeet and Handicaps

GRAND HOA’s and year-end = the sum of Trap, Sp Clays, and Skeet

– GRAND HOA is the sum of all 6 weeks. No dropping the lowest score, and there is no shooting ahead.

Note: there will still be individual HOA in Handicaps, but handicap scores will not be included in the Grand HOA.

REGISTRATION FEES

2024 Registration Fees:

Member price per event – $14.25

International events – $15.50

Late member price per event – $15.00

We will be using iClays for the Registration and scoring process. All registrations will need to be submitted by 5 pm on the Thursday preceding the shoot.
